Our
offices are located at 1122 Third Street,
Suite 5 in the Park Place Centre, Neptune
Beach, overlooking Jarboe Park in the back
building.
We prefer that visitors
and clients call
(904) 249-1450 in advance to schedule an
office appointment.
We
are currently staffed by Care Connector
volunteers between 10 am and Noon, Monday
through Friday, but expect to extend these hours as we grow
through the coming year.
We
are on 3rd Street (A1A) between Florida Boulevard and Magnolia
Street, 2 miles north of Beach Blvd and .06 miles south of
Atlantic Blvd.
